
I have sent multiple email that is being ignored. Edit in response to Bax's reply: Just check your email. I do not understand how such a webshop survives in 2022. They didn't have many guitars or amps in stock in that store either. In the physical store I have also been twice for help but apparently they have nothing to say there, everything is determined in the Netherlands and there they apparently do not even answer the phone for their Belgian colleagues. The service desk people are not friendly, passive aggressive and have no product knowledge. Now it seems like they don't want to pay me back. I don't know what to do, I paid bax +1200 euros and only got frustration in return. The service desk doesn't reply to my mails and doesn't answer the phone. I am not going to wait six months for a guitar that I have to pay extra for.? Now we are several weeks later and I still don't have my money back. I of course had the whole order cancelled and was deeply disappointed in Bax. I could impose the 27% and then wait 26 weeks if I still wanted the guitar. A week later I received an email that the delivery time of my guitar had now increased to 26 weeks!!! and that my discount was no longer valid on this guitar. I had the amplifier cancelled because the delivery time of the amplifier I wanted was even longer and decided to wait patiently for the guitar. When I called the service desk to correct this mistake the delivery time of the guitar had apparently also increased to 15 working days.

Meanwhile, I saw on my invoice that I received by email that there was an amplifier on there that I did not order. A few days later I still had not received a confirmation email to pick up my guitar and amp. At the time I thought I was doing the deal of a lifetime. I ordered a guitar at 27% off last year along with an amp on the over the phone because I wanted confirmation that I could pick it up at least that week. Service sucks and the physical stores have no stock. Bax stole my money (I still hope I can get it back).
